1. Eligibility for Return & Replacement
- Items can be returned or replaced within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A video of the unboxing is required as proof.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

- Provide your order details and the required proof (video).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
- Change of mind returns are not accepted.
