• Items can be returned or replaced within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• A video of the unboxing is required as proof.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

• Provide your order details and the required proof (video).
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
• Change of mind returns are not accepted.
